Privacy Policy — AnatVet
This policy explains how information is handled in the AnatVet veterinary application and distinguishes local clinical records from information processed by advertising services.
Data Controller / Publisher
The publisher of AnatVet is responsible for the application and for the processing of personal information under its control. For privacy questions or requests concerning AnatVet, contact kontakt@anatvet.net.
Google and other services described below handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. This policy distinguishes user-entered clinical information from the technical information processed for advertising.
Local data
In the current version, information you enter in AnatVet is stored primarily on your device. This includes patient information, notes, reminders, clinical records, laboratory results, work history and application settings. AnatVet does not currently provide an AnatVet online patient account or cloud synchronisation of these clinical records.
Local reminders may use device notifications. You can manage notification permission in your device settings. Storage on your device does not mean that the application has no network communication: advertising, consent management and Google Play purchases can involve the services described below.
Patient and clinical data
AnatVet does not intentionally send patient names, patient notes, medical records or other user-entered clinical data to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
User-entered clinical records are not intended to be advertising request parameters or a source of advertising targeting. You control the information you enter and the documents you choose to export or share.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The free version of AnatVet may display advertisements through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, applicable requirements and Google's configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process technical and advertising information, including:
- an advertising identifier, where available;
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
- device information and device or account identifiers;
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps or video views;
- advertising-related information and interactions with advertisements;
- diagnostic information about the app and SDK.
This information may be processed to deliver and measure advertising, support analytics related to advertising, and prevent fraud. This describes processing by Google and its advertising partners; it does not mean that AnatVet independently receives or stores all of this information on its own servers.
For Google's practices, including retention and international processing, see the Google Privacy Policy. Additional information is available from the Google AdMob Help Center and Google's Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.
Advertising consent and privacy choices
AnatVet uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required. The available messages and options depend on your country or state, applicable law, Google's configuration and your consent status.
Where Google makes privacy options available, you can open the advertising privacy settings in AnatVet to review the Google UMP form and change earlier choices. The form is presented inside the application. This website is not an advertising consent form and cannot change the choices stored for your app installation.
United States privacy rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising. The rights and choices that apply depend on the relevant state law and your circumstances.
In applicable regions, a Google UMP message may provide options to allow sale or sharing, opt out of sale or sharing, or change an earlier choice. The exact options depend on Google's configuration and the applicable requirements. Choices made in the form are communicated through the consent and privacy mechanisms supported by Google.
These advertising choices concern the technical and advertising information described above. AnatVet does not intentionally provide user-entered patient records or clinical notes to Google AdMob for advertising targeting.
European users: EEA and UK
Where required by the laws applicable in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), and by Google's configuration, UMP may request appropriate consent before certain advertising features are used. The message may explain the relevant purposes and partners and provide options to accept, refuse or manage choices, depending on the available form.
Where available, you can revisit the in-app Google UMP privacy options to review or withdraw an earlier consent choice.
Your privacy choices and rights
Advertising privacy choices
Use the Google UMP form made available inside AnatVet to manage advertising privacy choices. Available controls depend on your location, applicable law, Google's configuration and your consent status. Device or Google account advertising controls may also be available; they are separate from the in-app UMP form.
Other privacy requests concerning AnatVet
You can review, correct or delete locally stored information using the available app and device functions. For other privacy questions or requests concerning AnatVet, write to kontakt@anatvet.net. Rights such as access, correction, deletion or objection, and the ability to complain to a privacy authority, apply where provided by the law relevant to you.
AnatVet cannot promise to automatically delete information held by Google merely because you send an email to AnatVet. For information processed under Google's control, use the tools and contact information described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Security, retention and deletion
Protect access to your device, use an appropriate screen lock and take care when exporting or sharing clinical records. Local information generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the application's data or uninstall the application, subject to the device's storage and backup behaviour.
Deleting local app data does not delete files already exported or shared, or information previously processed by Google or another service. Those services apply their own retention practices. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Children
AnatVet is a professional and educational veterinary application. It is not specifically intended to collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to AnatVet inappropriately, contact kontakt@anatvet.net so that the request can be considered in the context of the data actually under the publisher's control.

This is a static information website. It does not set cookies, load advertising SDKs, or include analytics or third-party tracking scripts. Its hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. The advertising and UMP mechanisms described in this policy operate in the AnatVet application.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features, services, applicable law or data processing practices change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. For questions about this policy, contact kontakt@anatvet.net.
